Due to the
uncertainty of Standard Ground Shipping, we highly recommend customers
with APO, FPO addresses and US virgin islands to
choose Expedited Shipping. USPS parcel post to these address may take up to 2
months or even longer, depending on your physical location. USPS is a
best-effort service and it does not provide any guarantee for the exact delivery
time (unless for express service). It is also noticed that the delivery time
during holiday seasons is always a little longer. For customers who needs the
products as soon as possible, you may consider to check out by UPS 3-Day Select,
which is guaranteed by 3 Days.
3. Please
double check your products, billing and shipping address/zip code before submitting your
order. We will try our best to do whatever we can to help you in case you
type a wrong address or ordered a wrong item. However, we are not responsible
for any delay or loss due to a wrong shipping address you give us or a wrong
item you have ordered.
4.Orders
cannot be cancelled or changed once the order has left our warehouse. However,
after you receive your order, you can request return/exchange.
5. All printer supplies will be will be
shipped within 24
hours. Orders placed on
Saturday and holidays will be shipped on the next business day. We do not update the online shipping status.
6. For international orders, please refer
to next section for shipping and extra verification process.
7. For Canadian orders, please add $2.99
extra shipping charge to the above shipping rate table.
International orders
(except Canadian orders):
Since we cannot verify your ID and
billing address, please provide the following information to us via
facsimile to +1 510 657 8780.
1) Copy of the credit card used in the order (both front side and back side)
2) Valid Photo Identification
3) Credit Card issuer's bank address and phone number
You order will be shipped within 24 hours after we receive the information.
For all other countries, the shipping
charge will be the actual shipping charge plus $2.99 handling fee. Please email

actual shipping charge. Please tell us the product name and your preferred
shipping method. If you do not agree with the shipping charge, please let us
know within 24 hours so we can cancel your order. All products will ship via USPS Air
Mail, Global Priority Mail, EMS or other methods your preferred. You may
